Lubeski Property Services is a locally owned, Livingston County premier lawncare and landscape business. We are an all year round property service company. With the help of our well rounded, knowledgeable, and dedicated team we have proudly served our community since 2012. What started as a young kid mowing a few lawns a week in his sub, has now turned into a full service landscaping company. We provide a multitude of services such as lawncare, landscaping, snowplowing, spring and fall clean ups and much more. We are thankful for all of customers and the out flow of support we have received in our years of business. We are excited to provide our services to you as well!

Our friendly and experienced staff will show up each week - we will trim around any obstacles, edge along concrete surfaces, double cut mowing, finished with a final blow of any debris left behind.

Get your property cleaned up before summer or winter with our spring and fall clean up options. All leaves are collected from the lawn, any landscape beds on your property are blown out and cleaned of any leaves. Leaves are collected and either hauled away or discarded in a place of your choosing on your property.

Fall Clean-Up
Removal of all leaves and debris in and around pool area as well as the surrounding yard.

Re-grading and Re-sloping
Started with 7 yards of top soil which was then releveled to the correct grade. Finished with seed and straw to encourage the new growth of grass.

A fresh 2 inch layer of Chestnut mulch was installed and raked smooth.
